About Me

Angie Kay Hong (she/her/hers) is a is a 2nd generation Korean American writer, speaker, liturgist, and mom from Durham, North Carolina. She has led worship at various conferences for national Christian organizations, written for The Atlantic and Faith and Leadership, and was a former Creative Director at Willow Creek Community Church. After graduating with her Masters of Divinity at Duke in 2021, Angie is currently working on a book, started a worship company called Kinship Commons, and is leading a grant project exploring AAPI communities.
